Sunshine Energy, Inc. (“SEI”) was formed in 2011, for the purpose of the transformation of Organic Waste into Renewable Energy of various types and compositions.  SEI is the result of the many-decades experience of its founders in this sector.

In 2012, ETHTEQ was formed as a Division of SEI, its focus being on production of Transportation Fuels — basically Fuel Grade Ethanol — from, primarily, Agricultural Waste. Expansion of the scope of its operations, to include feedstocks consisting of different types of Waste, is reserved for later consideration and possible future stages in these operations. Likewise reserved is the possibility of the production of different Biomass Transportation Fuels by either Ethteq or another Division of SEI.

Ethteq is presently engaged in designing a range of systems to produce these fuels. This includes the incorporation of a new patent-pending process — for which SEI is presently negotiating a license — for the more efficient, expeditious, economical and environmentally-friendly production of Cellulosic Ethanol, long an obstacle for the enhanced and enlarged realization of the potentials for this fuel.

Ethteq intends to

• provide its services for the installation and operation of these systems by
  • itself, and
  • approved licensees, and

• selectively offer them for sale to qualified third parties.
