Sunshine Energy, Inc. was formed for the purpose of engaging in a variety of Renewable Energy sectors. Hence, it chose the word Sunshine to suggest and encompass a variety of various fuels and feedstocks, by denominating the source of these resources rather than the resources themselves. Nevertheless, the primary, as well as initial, resource it envisioned was the unquestionably unglamorous feedstock of Animal Manure. from which it knew it could produce Fuel Grade Ethanol, hence the adoption of the Ethteq trade name. Yet many cogent and convincing arguments exist for the practicability in use of this resource. Since the composition (or at least the proportions of the various ingredients) of the feed for each herd/flock/drove is likely to be different, the composition of the resulting manure likewise can be expected to vary. These variances consequently can result in an exchange and modification, respectively of

• the particular products that are capable of being optimally produced, and
• the design and components of the facility to conform to what can most optimally be produced from this specific feedstock.

Accordingly, while the concept of a general facility layout remains unchanged, the actual design for a specific site will vary based upon the analysis of the feedstock to be processed.
